The public notices on this page supplement the `LICENSE.txt` included with the product. The included `LICENSE.txt` contains the complete license terms and controls if these notices differ.

Session Refresh & Closeout for Hermes Agent is independently developed and published by Community Nursing Initiatives™. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nous Research. “Hermes Agent” is used solely to identify compatibility.

Tested with Hermes Agent v0.20.4 on Linux x86_64 using a local SQLite continuity store. No compatibility is promised for other Hermes Agent versions, operating systems, processor architectures, or continuity-store configurations. Changes to Hermes Agent or other third-party software may affect operation.

The product does not control Hermes Agent, any language model, third-party software, customer configurations, or future agent actions. It does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or usefulness of AI-generated output.

Customers remain responsible for system administration, permissions, backups, testing, and review of agent actions. The product is not a substitute for normal backups, access controls, change review, or human oversight.

This product is a software utility. It does not provide nursing, medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.

Community Nursing Initiatives does not collect customer data through this product. The product does not transmit data to Community Nursing Initiatives and contains no telemetry or analytics.

Support is provided only by email at Support@CommunityNursingInitiatives.org and requires a valid license key. The key is used only to verify purchase and support eligibility; it is not required to install or run the product. Support is limited to the product, its documentation, and the stated supported environment. It does not include general Hermes Agent administration, Linux or VPS repair, custom configuration, unrelated software repair, or data recovery.

No particular update schedule, continued development, compatibility with future Hermes Agent versions, or inclusion of future separately priced products or editions is promised.

The purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the product on one computer. Sharing, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, and simultaneous use on another computer are prohibited.
